Accounting Interns

 

We are looking for driven Accounting Interns who will assist in the preparation of financial reports, analyze financial data, and assist with other business administration and corporate tasks.

 

As an Accounting Intern, you should possess an understanding of accounting and financial principles and have a positive attitude. You should be collaborative, trustworthy, receptive to feedback, and eager to learn.

Upon successful completion of the Accounting internship, you may be offered a job as Trainee/Junior Accounts Clerk.

  

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assisting with research, filing, data entry, and recording and maintaining accurate and complete financial records.

• Preparing financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements, invoices, and other documents.

• Preparing payroll, VAT & TDS computation and returns;

• Preparing annual income tax computation and returns;

• Working with QuickBooks and other key accounting software;

• Handling sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity;

• Compiling and analyzing data, track information, and support the Company;

• Perform any other business administration and corporate tasks as requested by management;

• Perform any other miscellaneous tasks as instructed from time to time.

 

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates in the field of Accounting and Finance or actively working towards professional accounting courses (ACCA),

• Skills in use of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office;

• Experience in QuickBooks and other key accounting software;

• Good command of written and spoken English and French

• High level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility.

• Deadline oriented person with the ability to work under pressure.

• Motivation and a strong desire to take on new challenges and learn as much as possible.
